Returns policy:
- To successfully return any item, especially Padel rackets, please either refuse to receive it from the courier or send us a return request through Whatsapp not later than 5 hours after receiving the item. Our apologies we may not accept a return request after this duration.
- We may not proceed with a shoes order before accurate foot measurement in centimeters to verify the size. This is to avoid damage that may be caused by the shipping company if you decide to return the order if the size doesn't fit

- 2 - 3 working days to Cairo and Alex
- 3 - 5 days to Gouna

- These items are either on their way to Egypt or ready to preorder
- May take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive in Egypt first
- A deposit of 50% must be made We trust each and everyone of our lovely Padel community. We also understand that sometimes we change our minds or face difficulties. However big losses are caused if you change your mind while your racket, bag, or pair of shoes is almost delivered to you!
- Deposit is non-refundable unless the desired product does not arrive due to uncontrollable factors like lost shipment in Europe, unpredictable problems with Egyptian customs clearance, or changes in laws of customs that causes rejection of the item, or similar unforeseen problems.

Please note that an item that has "price revision" in its name on Padel GEAR Egypt's website means that the price is estimated and may rise or fall slightly depending on the final stage of customs clearances, which is always unpredictable. But we do our best to provide your favorite models and to stabilize the prices as much as we can
